All the admin in your cleaning company, in one place

Plan the day. Your employees see it on their phone. The customer gets told without you calling. The hours become the invoice without anyone typing them twice.

€49/month excl. VAT. The first employee is included.

  • A week calendar with a column per employee
  • Every job with time, address and service type
  • Status: scheduled, in progress or done
The day overview at the office.

Built for cleaning companies. Danish, English, Spanish and Swedish in the app. Data in the EU.

Three apps, the same day

The office, the employee and the customer each see their part of the same day. Nobody sends screenshots to each other.

Six places where the day usually stalls

1

The sick call at 06.30

An employee calls. You have 45 minutes to find a stand-in who is free, can get there, and can get in.

NuviPlan keeps track of absence, free hours and who holds the key to the address, so you can see your options instead of ringing around from memory. Employees can also swap shifts between themselves with your approval.

  • The day is marked as absence
  • Free hours per employee
  • The day's affected jobs, ready to reassign
The absence view for one day.

2

The customer always knows what is happening

Booking confirmation, a reminder before the visit, and a "we are on our way" message when the cleaner checks in. The customer can move or cancel via a link, with no login and no phone call.

The messages contain only information about the specific booking. There is no advertising in them.

3

The hours become the invoice

The employee checks in and out at the address. The approved duration is the same one that lands on the invoice and on the employee's hours overview.

Fixed price or hourly, you choose per agreement. Unpaid invoices get a friendly automatic reminder after 7 and 14 days. Twice, then it stops.

  • One line: service type and approved duration
  • Labour separated out for the Danish service deduction
  • Status: sent, paid or overdue

4

Documentation when the customer asks

Quality checks with a score, photos of what is wrong, and a report you can share with the business customer. The business customer can report an issue via a link without creating a user.

This is the kind of paperwork that decides a contract renewal. In Vallensbæk municipality's 2024 cleaning tender, quality assurance carried 25 % of the award.

  • A score for the visit
  • One photo of what was reported
  • Status: new, in progress or resolved
A quality check from the quality feed.

5

Keys, alarm codes and plans stop living in text messages

Every address has its key, its alarm code and its cleaning plan in the system. The employee sees them on the job, only on the jobs she is assigned to, and only while she is assigned to them.

6

The workday in four languages

The whole employee app exists in Danish, English, Spanish and Swedish. Menus, buttons, cleaning plans, issue reports.

And the rest of what you need

What NuviPlan does not do

We do not calculate pay. You get the hours approved and ready, and they still go into your payroll system.

We do not give tax advice. We prepare the documentation for the service deduction. The customer files it themselves.

We do not optimise routes. You get the overview of who goes where, and you set the order.

We do not monitor employees. There is check-in and check-out on the job. There is no movement map, no speed, no "where was she at 11".

See it on your own calendar

Create the company, put in a week, and see how it looks from the employee's phone. It takes a morning.

Questions and answers

What does it cost?

€49/month excl. VAT for the company, and the first employee is included. After that the per-employee price falls the more of you there are. 100 SMS are included every month. Work it out on the pricing page.

Do my employees have to install anything?

No. The employee app opens in the browser on their phone and can be added to the home screen.

Does it work without coverage?

Yes. The day's jobs are fetched in advance, and check-ins, photos and notes are queued and sent when the phone is back online.

What about GDPR?

Data stays in the EU. There is a data processing agreement, an access log, deletion and export of personal data, and two-factor login for the office.

Can I move my existing customers in?

Yes. The customer list can be imported from Excel or CSV with a dry run first, so you can see what will happen before you say yes.

Which languages?

Danish, English, Spanish and Swedish.

Can my customers book themselves?

Yes. You get a booking page, and the form can be embedded on your own website.
